How long does it take to implement Pink?
Implementation involves two steps: training and configuration. First, we schedule the training on the day and time most convenient for your team.
How many people can I add?
Pink’s basic plan includes 10 users. But you can enter as many users as you need. Additional user: $1.99/ month
Is there any implementation cost?
None! We have no implementation cost or additional fees.
How many numbers can I add?
Pink’s basic plan includes 2 numbers (1 for each integration: Web Api and Official Api). But you can enter as many numbers as you need. Additional number: $20 per month
What are the extra fees for the Official API?
Meta offers a package with 1,000 free chat sessions every month. If the monthly package is exceeded we will charge a fee of $0.05 per conversation session. For details visit: Link
What is needed to implement Pink?
To approve the integration of the Official API number we need your company to have an account in Meta business. It’s very simple and we help you in our Onboarding.
